This two-day course covers the above areas and gives participants practical help in creating and performing a speech or presentation. You will be able to start where you feel comfortable, and through a series of tried and tested exercises you'll find yourself stepping outside your 'comfort zone' in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

The Imagination Workshop

What is it?

t's improvisation, games, stories, characters, sounds and images. It's the mind and body acting together, creating something without planning.

What is it for?

Maybe you want to omprove your communication and performance skills, or kick-start a creative project, or you enjoyed Drama at school but don't fancy amateur dramatics, or you're looking to be more active, but can't stand the mind-numbing repetition of the gyrm or aerobics classes - then this for you....

Radio Drama

An 12week evening course in writing and performing radio drama. Sessions will cover Plot and Character, Sound and Voice Production, and will be of use to anyone interested in writing, acting and voice over work. The group will devise, script, record and edit a radio drama. The precise nature of the product will be decided by the group, and each group member will receive a copy of the recording. The course will be held at Ape Media in a professional studio.
